Ryu Jun Yeol and Chun Woo Hee’s upcoming Netflix series “The 8 Show” has dropped a new poster and teaser!

Based on Bae Jin Soo’s popular webtoon “Money Game” and its sequel “Pie Game,” “The 8 Show” will tell the story of a high-stakes game in which eight participants are placed under extreme circumstances after being cut off from the rest of society. The contestants attempt to gather and hold onto as much money as possible before the game ends—which only happens when someone dies.

In addition to Ryu Jun Yeol and Chun Woo Hee, the upcoming drama will also star Park Jung Min, Park Hae Joon, Bae Sung Woo, Lee Joo Young, Lee Yul Eum, and Moon Jung Hee.

The newly released poster features the eight participants beneath the spotlight in front of a giant red curtain. Before the show begins, the eight people wearing a variety of outfits are on standby with faces filled with excitement and caution.

The text that reads, “An irresistible but brutal show’s curtain will be rising,” heightens viewers’ curiosity about the story that will unfold.

A new teaser video that was released along with the poster begins with Jin Soo (Ryu Jun Yeol) opening an envelop with an invitation letter to the uncanny show. A mysterious voice narrates, “Ladies and gentlemen, you’ve been waiting a long time. Now, you will be seeing something that you have never seen anywhere before,” raising anticipation for the story that will unfold in an uncanny place.
