Kim Hee Sun And Yoo Hae Jin’s “Honey Sweet” Surpasses 1 Million Moviegoers

 

“Honey Sweet” is off to a strong start at the Korean box office!

On September 2, the Korean Film Council announced that as of 7 a.m. KST that day, “Honey Sweet” had reached a total of 1,000,973 moviegoers.

The film—a romantic comedy starring Kim Hee Sun and Yoo Hae Jin—was originally released on August 15, meaning that it took less than 19 days to surpass 1 million moviegoers.

“Honey Sweet” is the fourth Korean film released this summer to hit the 1 million mark, following “Smugglers,” “Concrete Utopia,” and “Ransomed.”
