No. 203, a long-term prisoner, is now old. All he wants is to get out of prison as soon as possible. However, No. 203 feels something is not right. He soon discovers that he has only three months to live because of a brain tumor. This knowledge leads him to begin planning his break from prison. While on the run, No. 203 finds an unexpected companion, Nam Sik, a man who suffers from a rare incurable disease but lives by stealing medicine he needs from hospitals because he can′t afford the expensive medicines. When they accidentally steal a large sum of black money from Ms. Yoon and run away, she orders her henchmen to chase No. 203 and Nam Sik.
