Yoon Ji Oh To Take Legal Action Against Political YouTube Channel + Rumors Surrounding Her Father

Yoon Ji Oh has announced that she will be taking legal action against several people.
On April 1, Yoon Ji Oh posted a screenshot of a YouTube video on her Instagram and wrote, “On April Fool’s Day, while asking others to screenshot malicious comments and posts of people claiming that I’ve ‘died’ or ‘committed suicide’ and e-mail them [to me] via PDF files, I read something about my father.” In the screenshot, a YouTube video titled “Urgent/ Interview with Yoon Ji Oh’s sobbing father” is shown.
She continued, “The video stated that ‘Yoon Ji Oh’s father’ went to see a Korean fortune teller and the recorded conversation was shared on YouTube. Regardless of whether it really is my father or not, [the person who uploaded this] must be punished. It if really is my father, it’s an invasion of privacy, and if not, this is defamation of character and contempt.”
She further stated, “The person must have deleted it themselves when I said that I would report it, but everything has been recorded. Are you people human beings? It’s not enough to insult and criticize me, so now you’re selling off my family.” She then added that she would make sure that these “senseless people” pay for their crimes, and that she will not hold back.

In another Instagram post a few hours later, Yoon Ji Oh uploaded a screenshot of a follower’s direct message informing her of a large political commentary YouTube channel that criticized her involvement in the Jang Ja Yeon case and spread rumors about her having ties with the current administration.
In response, Yoon Ji Oh commented, “The one thing punishment is possible for regardless of the statute of limitations is the sexual assault I witnessed. If you want to speak, make your comments after properly learning the facts.” She then went on to explain that although the YouTube channel spoke on about the statute of limitations, the case has been extended, and she had no possible way of planning out the situation as she wants.
She concluded, “Humans have free will and must be held responsible for what they do and say. If you’re going to speak or tap on your keyboard or phone, think about it one more time. Be sure to take responsibility for your own actions.”

사람이 제일 무섭다는 말이 실감이 납니다. 단 하루도 조용할 날이 없다는것이 그저 평범한 일상을 누려본지가 언제인지 모르겠네요. 오늘 고소 다 하는중이니 처벌 받으십시오. 사설경호로 줄곧 받고 있고 보호시설에서 새벽이 수상한 기계음이 벽쪽에서 나다 화장실 천정에서 나오고 경호원님들도 다 들으시고 기계음 소리 뭔지모를 오일이 출입문에 발려져있고 문잠금 장치는 고장났을때 수리할때도 보여드렸고 환풍구는 고의로 인해 선이 날카롭게 끊어져있었고 이 모든 상황들이 생방송으로 모두 송출 되었습니다. 수상하고 불안하고 소름끼치는 이 모든 상황을 더 이상 방치할 수 없어 신고버튼을 3차례 눌렀고 이 또한 모두 방송되었습니다. 직접적인 가해는 없는 상황이고 저와 함께 사설 경호팀분들이 함께 계셔서 기다리는 상황이었고 몇시간 방치되어진후 전화 한통을 받았고 현재 위치를 파악하고 바로 출동하실 줄 알았으나 그 조차도 이뤄지지 않고 당시 상황을 수습하시기에 말씀하시는것 또한 다 방송되었습니다. 이런 상황들을 직접 사과 받았고 저보다 분노하시고 염려하실 국민분들께도 사과하셨습니다. 공소시효와 상관없이 처벌이 가능한건은 제가 목격한 성추행건이 유일하고 말씀하시려거든 똑바로 아시고 발언하십시오. 공소시효 운운 하시는데 과거사조사위 기간 연장되었고 공소시효 자체도 변경이 될 수 있는 사안입니다. 또한 공소시효를 떠나 명운을 걸고 수사하라는 대통령님의 인터뷰도 안보셨나봅니다. 상황은 제가 이끌거나 계획한다하여도 벌어질 수 없는 일들이고 경찰측에서 보호를 10년만에 인력으로 지원받는것도 처음이고 전적인 책임을 경찰측에 있기에 위험성을 파악하시고 지원을 받게된것입니다. 인간은 자유의지가 있고 본인이 하는 행동과 말에 책임 또한 져야합니다. 말을 하시려거든 키보드나 핸드폰을 두들기시려거든 한번 더 생각하시고 본인이 한 행동은 본인이 반드시 책임지십시오. 선처란 없습니다. . . . #만우절 #기가참 #악플러 #명예훼손 #모욕죄 #처벌 #선처없음 #증인 #윤지오 #with_you #나는_흰색을_좋아합니다
