“Double Knot” has a powerful electronic, trap, hip hop beat and memorable lyrics about the determination to run full force. Bang Chan, Changbin, and Han, who make up the Stray Kids’ producing team 3RACHA, are said to have led the composition and lyric writing of the song, showcasing their growth as artists. Leader Bang Chan worked with DallasK to arrange the song.

The song is Stray Kids’ determination to keep running forward at full speed, tying their shoelaces tight as they get ready to run. The music video adds to the powerful sound and aura of the song.
