May 4, 2022

tvN’s upcoming drama “Eve” promised exciting thrills in a new teaser!

“Eve” is a romance drama dealing with the inside story of a chaebol’s 2 trillion won (approximately $1.7 billion) divorce lawsuit that shocks the entire nation. The fatal revenge story is about a scheme that is 13 years in the making in order to take down Korea’s top 0.1 percent.

Seo Ye Ji stars as Lee Ra El, a woman who is likened to a “dangerous flower” with a fatal charm after experiencing the shocking death of her father at a young age. Lee Ra El is also the woman at the center of the unbelievably expensive divorce lawsuit, and she plans on taking down Kang Yoon Kyum (Park Byung Eun), the CEO of LY Group and one of the main culprits who destroyed her family.

On May 4, tvN released a second teaser that amps up the anticipation for the drama’s premiere! The clip shows glimpses of Kang Yoon Kyum, Han So Ra (Yoo Sun), and Seo Eun Pyung (Lee Sang Yeob) fluctuating in Lee Ra El’s carefully designed web of merciless vengeance.

In front of the press, Kang Yoon Kyum officially announces he’s having an affair, saying, “I’m in love with someone who isn’t my wife,” piquing curiosity about who she is. He’s spotted tightly embracing another woman, and his expression is filled with affection and desperation as he clings onto her.

Han So Ra throws something out of anger as she screams in fury, and glass shatters everywhere. Her sharp glare predicts that Kang Yoon Kyum’s risky choice will bring dangerous consequences. Meanwhile, Seo Eun Pyung, who gazes at a photograph, says, “Yes. It’s definitely Ra El,” making viewers wonder how he’s linked to her.

The teaser ends with Lee Ra El saying, “The more dangerous it is, the more you want that one person.” Her cold smile at the end previews the revenge that is to come.

“Eve” will premiere on May 25 at 10:30 p.m. KST. Watch the full teaser below!
