A new behind-the-scenes video for “Snowdrop” has been released!

Directed and written by the “SKY Castle” team, JTBC’s “Snowdrop” is set in Seoul in 1987. It is about the love story between Su Ho (Jung Hae In), who rushes into a women’s university covered in blood one day, and Young Ro (BLACKPINK’s Jisoo), a student at the women’s university who hides and take care of him despite facing danger and close surveillance.

At the start of the clip, Jisoo and Kim Hye Yoon discuss how to improve the upcoming scene together with the director. After they finish filming a take, the two start dancing excitedly as Kim Hye Yoon looks at Jisoo and comments, “Main job, singer.” After trying to copy her moves, Kim Hye Yoon adds, “How does she do that?”

The duo continue with the scene and are later joined by Jung Hae In, Yoo In Na, Jang Seung Jo, and Kim Min Kyu. The cast members impress with their dedication as they all give various suggestions for the flow of the scene and bounce off each other’s ideas.

In the next scene, Gye Boon Ok’s (Kim Hye Yoon’s) betrayal is revealed, and she must use Young Ro as a human shield. Jung Hae In explains the scene from his character’s perspective so that Kim Hye Yoon has a better understanding of her role and Jang Seung Jo chimes in, “Your eyes have to constantly remain alert, and you have to stay vigilant and maintain tension.”

Due to the difficulty of playing a sudden villain, Kim Hye Yoon disgustedly holds up her gun and jokes, “I don’t fit here. I want to escape.” To show their support for the actress, Jung Hae In comments, “Boon Ok is leading this scene.” Jang Seung Jo agrees and whispers to Kim Hye Yoon, “It’s your scene!”

Yoon Se Ah joins the group to complete the scene where Gye Boon Ok shoots Pi Seung Hee (Yoon Se Ah), but realizes her gun isn’t actually loaded. Recognizing her mistake, Kim Hye Yoon falls to the floor crying. The take receives an “OK” from the director, and the behind-the-scenes camera pans to Jisoo pretending to cry for Kim Hye Yoon as Jung Hae In comments, “Young Ro’s crying too.”
