TWICE Scores First No. 1 On Billboard 200 As “With YOU-th” Achieves Biggest U.S. Sales Week Of Any Album In 2024

Mar 4, 2024

TWICE has landed their first No. 1 album on the Billboard 200!

On March 3 local time, Billboard announced that TWICE’s new mini album “With YOU-th” had debuted at No. 1 on its famous Top 200 Albums chart, which ranks the most popular albums in the United States.

Notably, “With YOU-th” achieved the biggest U.S. sales week of any album in 2024, even including non-Korean artists. According to Luminate (formerly Nielsen Music), “With YOU-th” earned a total of 90,000 equivalent album units during the week ending on February 29, marking the largest U.S. sales week of any album thus far this year. The album’s total score consisted of 90,000 traditional album sales and 4,500 streaming equivalent album (SEA) units, which translates to 6.33 million on-demand audio streams over the course of the week. The album also racked up 500 track equivalent album (TEA) units in its first week.

TWICE is only the third K-pop girl group ever to top the Billboard 200: to date, the only other K-pop girl group albums to reach No. 1 are BLACKPINK’s “BORN PINK” and NewJeans‘ “Get Up.”

Even including non-Korean groups, “With YOU-th” is only the fourth girl group album to top the Billboard 200 since 2008 (when Danity Kane’s “Welcome to the Dollhouse” debuted at No. 1).

Additionally, TWICE is now the first K-pop girl group to land four different albums in the top 3 of the Billboard 200, as well as the first to chart five albums in the top 10.

“With YOU-th” is also TWICE’s sixth overall entry on the Billboard 200 following “MORE & MORE,” “Eyes wide open,” “Taste of Love,” “Formula of Love: O+T=<3,” “BETWEEN 1&2,” and “READY TO BE.”

Congratulations to TWICE on their exciting achievement!
