“The Glory,” Lim Ji Yeon, And “Physical: 100” Win At 2023 Asian Academy Creative Awards

“The Glory” has snagged two awards at the 2023 Asian Academy Creative Awards (AACA)!

On December 7 (local time), the winners for the 2023 Asian Academy Creative Awards, which took place in Singapore, were announced.

“The Glory” took home the award for Best Drama Series while the drama’s star Lim Ji Yeon won the award for Best Actress in a Supporting Role.

Penned by hit writer Kim Eun Sook, Netflix’s “The Glory” tells the story of a former victim of brutal school violence who swears revenge on her bullies after becoming the elementary school homeroom teacher of her bully’s kid. Song Hye Kyo stars as the vengeful protagonist Moon Dong Eun, while Lim Ji Yeon plays Moon Dong Eun’s main bully Park Yeon Jin.

Furthermore, “Physical: 100” snagged the award for Best Non-Scripted Entertainment.

“Physical: 100” is a survival show where 100 contestants in top physical shape compete in various challenges until only one remains to win the prize money and claim the honor as the one with the best body and the strongest physical. Earlier in June this year, it was announced that “Physical: 100” is renewed for a second season.

Congratulations to all the winners!
