Magazine writer Kie Komatsu (Mayu Matsuoka), heads to Okinawa to interview Sakura Omine (Ariana Miyamoto), a black mix woman who claims to be the victim of a sexual assault by an American soldier. Sakura's statement was suspicious, and it was necessary to find out the background of the incident. They visit Koza, the gate town of the U.S. military base, and go to MOAI, a café bar owned by Sakura, and approach her posing as tourists.
