“Red Balloon” Heads Into Finale On Its Highest Ratings Yet

 

With just one episode left to go, TV Chosun’s “Red Balloon” has reached a new all-time high!

On February 25, the hit weekend drama achieved its highest viewership ratings yet ahead of its series finale. According to Nielsen Korea, the penultimate episode of “Red Balloon” scored an average nationwide rating of 10.2 percent, setting a new personal record for the show.

Meanwhile, JTBC’s “Agency”—which also has just one episode left in its run—earned its highest ratings to date for a Saturday (when its ratings are typically lower compared to Sundays). The penultimate episode of the drama scored a nationwide average of 13.1 percent.

SBS’s “Taxi Driver 2” similarly achieved its highest Saturday ratings yet for its fourth episode, which earned a nationwide average of 11.3 percent.

KBS 2TV’s “Three Bold Siblings” also set a new personal record for Saturdays with an average nationwide rating of 25.2 percent, making it the most-watched program of the entire day.

Finally, tvN’s “Crash Course in Romance” stayed strong with an average nationwide rating of 11.4 percent, while MBC’s “Kokdu: Season of Deity dipped to a nationwide average of 1.7 percent for the night.
