Recap Korean Drama "Insider" Episode 15

In Insider Episode 15, Oh Soo-yeon kidnaps Chairman Do and ends up killing him after putting him inside the scrap car and crushing it. Yo-han has revealed Soo-yeon’s real identity to Yoon Byung-wook and has asked for his help. However, he doesn’t trust him. Yo-han goes back to the casino but Soo-yeon still hasn’t come back and it worries Yo-han. He goes out to find her but sees an emergency call from Soo-yeon. He stops the car and calls her from a telephone booth. Soo-yeon sees a message on Do’s phone which reads of killing Yo-han. She warns him to run away and survive.

All of Yo-han’s bodyguards are Jo Hae-do’s men and he has ordered them to kill Yo-han. He fools them and runs away as far as he can where Soo-yeon picks him up. Soo-yeon is scared and flustered because she has just murdered someone. Chairman Do’s phone starts rining and it’s Jo Hae-do who guesess that the Chairman must be with Soo-yeon and Yo-han. Yo-han tells him that he will come to the casino and then they can talk. Nam Dae-mun can read the lips and had guessed Jo Hae-do’s move just by looking at him talk in the CCTV footage. He copies the data from the computer and erases it. As expected, Jo Hae-do holds him hostage.

Yo-han reaches the casino andd Hae-do’s men are ready to fight him already. Hae-do orders them to let him come up but Dae-mun reads Hae-do telling a man to stab Yo-han from behind on his orders. Yo-han tells Hae-do that Yang Hwa is on his way and will kill him first before killing Yo-han. Yang Hwa and Yang Joon have gone crazy and have been killing Hae-do’s men like a maniac.

They want their casino back and can do anything for it. After an absolute blood bath, Yang Joon goes upstairs to deal with Hae-do and another man follows him. While Yang Joon attack Hae-do, his own man betrays him and stabs him. Hae-do takes this opportunity to run away while Yo-han frees Nam Dae-mun. Dae-mun tells Yo-han to get a hold of Yang Joon as only he can stop Yang Hwa from killing Yo-han.

Dae-mun sacrifices his life to save Yang Joon and gives Yo-han the USB drive before dying. Dae-mun has a stage four cancer but he dies for a reason and asks Yo-han to take responsibility of his daughter. Yo-han doesn’t let Dae-mun’s death go into vain and promises Yang Hwa to save Yang Joon from dying if he lets him go. With all the chaos happening at the casino, Byung-wook sends Hong Jae-sun to investigate Soo-yeon but he ends up being dead at Hae-do’s hands. Mok had told Byung-wook that someone from CID was planning to prosecute him and he had a doubt on Jae-sun.

Insider Episode 15 Ending

The massacre at the casino become big news in the country and Yo-han becomes a most wanted criminal. Prosecutor Kim Woo-jae voluntarily takes up this case and Byung-wook calls him right away. He tries to find out what’s on his mind because he can also get in trouble because of this case. He tells him to also put Oh Soo-yeon on the most wanted list. Both Yo-han and Soo-yeon stay low for many days before Soo-yeon goes to the prosecutor office and points a gun at Byung-wook. Thankfully, Yo-han comes on time and stops her but both of them get arrested.

Before going to the prosecutors office, Yo-han met with Lee Tae-gwang who gave him the location where the video is hidden. Yang Joon told Yo-han, Byung-wook has a bigger role in the video than him. Now, Yo-han has nothing to fear as he holds the upper card over Byung-wook. A case has been filed against Yoon Byung-wook and Prosecutor Kim calls him to meet Yo-han and Soo-yeon at the casino. He thinks that they want ot settle but when he reaches the casino, Mok is also there and all of them look as if they have already won the lawsuit. Yo-han reveals to Byung-wook that he finally holds the sword handle of law that will kill him.

Insider Episode 15 Review

Insider Episode 15 is the peak of excitement and climax this series had to bring. The dilemma whether Yo-han will be able to survive or not keeps us on out toes. An episode where it all comes together.
