In this episode, we get to know more about SeoJin and her friend named HyungJun.  The two were happily talking over the phone but HyungJun was suddenly hit by a car when he was about to cross the road.  

It was initially a hit-and-run accident but then the culprit went back.  SeoJin was fixated in getting "revenge" for HyungJun but then she had a change of heart throughout this episode specially when she met the daughter of the culprit.

As for Yeonjoo, we first see her at the 20-minute mark of the episode.  She was tired, lying at the couch after her duty.

Then came Gyeore who gave her a cup of coffee.  During  their conversation, Gyeore revealed how he lived after leaving the orphanage.

Their conversation went on and Gyeore started asking about the things that makes Yeonjoo happy.  He told her to tell three things and Yeonjoo responded with: 1. Working Out. 2. Working as a Nurse, and 3. Eating delicious food and chatting with others at the lounge.

Gyeore only asked for three but then Yeonjoo suddenly answered that she discovered a new joy in her life, and that is "The man who wants to know about my joy in life".  Yeonjoo continued with, "So I'm wondering what could make him laugh more.  Because his smile is really beautiful".

Gyeore was surprised by Yeonjoo's straightforwardness and when he asked her if that was a confession.  Yeonjoo answered yes without being shy.

Later in the episode, Gyeore saw Yeonjoo cleaning his stuff.  He didn't like Yeonjoo touching his stuff so he went mad about it and said that she should just leave it because his volunteer hours will soon be over anyway.

Gyeore felt bad about getting mad on Yeonjoo so the next day, he shyly gave her a Yogurt with the note saying "For Yeonjoo's constipation" even though she doesn't have it.

Towards the end of the episode Gyeore realized that there's a patient in room 403.  The room which Taeshik said was just an empty room or a storage.   On another note, it also seems that Taeshik and Gyeore are related to each other.
