Meanwhile, at Gucheon University Hospital, Park Mi-young tries to set Mi-ho up by making her administer an incorrect medicine to a patient, but that plan blows up in her face when it is revealed that Mi-ho had taken a picture of the order that she had received before going on her rounds. Mi-ho declares in the middle of a seminar that she has the ill-fated papers of Seo Jae-yong.

Of course, making such bold statements has its consequences, as Mi-ho continues to feel like someone is following her around. Although she isn’t able to prove anything and can’t find anyone, she gets a call from Choi Do-ha, who asks her to meet him. Like a typical father, Gi-gwang is tensed about what she is planning to do, considering she doesn’t really have the paper, but Mi-ho is ecstatic that her rash decision is bearing results.

The next day, Chang-ho meets No Park, who asks him whether he really is Big Mouse. Now, more careful about sharing vital information, he mentions that he is. No Park introduces himself to Big Mouse, while in solitary, the stabber from before is seen to have ended his life. Yoon-gab suspects Chang-ho to have had a hand in it, but the latter doesn’t accept or deny the accusations.

Meanwhile, Mi-ho meets Do-ha and asks for his help to rescue Chang-ho. Do-ha lets her know that con artists con those closest to them – a betrayal that is often hard to accept. She tells him about the DNR requests and mentions that it must have something to do with Professor Seo’s paper – and that Joo-hee must know something about it. However, just like Mi-ho did in the past, Do-ha claims that his wife doesn’t know anything, and he is pretty sure she is as aloof about it as they are.

In the meantime, as Chang-ho wonders why the stabber would commit suicide, Ji-hoon visits the penitentiary to talk to Big Mouse. Neither gives the other an inch of space, but in the end, Ji-hoon mentions that he must give him the names of Big Mouse’s biggest clients by the weekend. If he doesn’t, then Ji-hoon will take him to be fake, and he will end up dead.

Chang-ho, in a surprising burst of violence, knocks one of the guards down and calls Do-ha to tell him that the real Big Mouse framed him after he stole NR Forum’s money and couldn’t handle the consequences. Thus, he needs the list of clients so that he doesn’t end up dead. He also mentions that it must be the prosecutor who gave Ji-hoon the list; otherwise, how would he know so much information?

Do-ha immediately asks to get someone to tail prosecutor Choi Joong-rak and as well as keep an eye on Ji-hoon. At the prison, those in solitary slowly start to lose their minds thanks to Big Mouse’s fear. At lunch, the three of them are allowed to have food but unfortunately, two of them die after being poisoned. Chang-ho, naturally, comes to the conclusion that maybe the real Big Moue is there in between them, somewhere close.

CCTV footage shows, however, that they ate the cyanide themselves. Warden Yoon-gab is furious and goes to check Chang-ho’s room. They rifle through everything but are unable to find anything, and Yoon-gab taunts Chang-ho and reminds him to remember the names within 4 days; otherwise, they will kill him, and no one will get to know about it.

On the other hand, a fidgeting Ji-hoon and Seung-tae go to meet someone called the Elder, who seems like has a significant hold on everyone. Even Joo-hee is there to meet him. Unfortunately for Ji-hoon, though, the Elder refuses to meet him and asks him to get the money that he lost. Additionally, he asks him to meet Do-ha that evening at a Chinese restaurant to offer his support. Ji-hoon is annoyed, but it seems like he’s too scared not to listen to him.

After a rather tense meeting at the Chinese restaurant, Do-ha and Ji-hoon start to brawl in the bathroom, where Ji-hoon reminds him to stay in his place and Do-ha tells him that it’s not like Ji-hoon didn’t profit from his mayoral position. After Do-ha calls him simply an oarsman in this boat that needs to reach land for all of their sakes, Ji-hoon tries to punch him, and in one swift motion, Do-ha pins him on the sink and reminds him not to cross the line.

However, there’s a huge secret that Ji-hoon is hiding of Do-ha’s that, apparently, has the power to destroy his life. It makes him a traitor and is the reason why the Elder will not support him. I wonder what it is.

Anyway, that night on her way home, Mi-ho is followed by the mysterious man again. But this time, she hatches a plan to catch the guy and tells Gi-gwang the plan. They rush to where she is and find the guy standing right outside the public urinal where Mi-ho is hiding. Gi-gwang, shockingly, tasers the man and Mi-ho, shocked, realizes that it’s Do-ha’s secretary.

She immediately calls and informs Do-ha to meet them, and before leaving the office, the mayor takes a look at Big Mouse’s client list. To his credit, Do-ha gives Chango-ho the client list through his wife’s hand. Chang-ho is relieved to get the list and calls Do-ha to thank him for his kindness. Unfortunately, we cut to Ji-hoon, mentioning to Choi Joong-rak that the client list is fake, and he has a nagging suspicion that he will hear those exact names from Chang-ho.

As rumours float around the prison about Big Mouse, the VIPs are angry at the thought that Do-ha might be helping Chang-ho. Anyway, the real drama in prison starts with a betting war between Chang-ho and the Three Musketeers. The VIPs are angry, furthermore when Chang-ho mentions that whoever bets for him are going to win big. The bet, furthermore, spills into whether Chang-ho knows the real names or not and the tension right about now gets unbearable!

And, just like that, it’s finally time for Chang-ho to them the names. There’s an air of celebration as Chang-ho walks out of the cell and walks toward Ji-hoon, and everyone chants his name.

Another great episode, Big Mouth episode 4 will keep you on your toes. Be it the shocking things that keep happening around Chang-ho or Do-ha’s impressive moves against Ji-hoon, the episode gives a lot of entertainment and thrill.

Ok, let’s talk characters – I am literally dying to know who Big Mouse is and, as Chang-ho wonders, is he in prison with everyone else? It would make sense as to how everyone is turning up dead, and it doesn’t seem like Chang-ho is like a master manipulator who is lying to everyone, and he is, in fact, Big Mouse. Since we get to listen to his internal thoughts and emotions so it doesn’t seem like he’ll be lying to himself. Unless it’s a medical condition, and he passes out or something and then becomes Big Mouse.

Or… is it Do-ha? Because if it is, I will lose my mind. Honestly, I don’t think it is, but I really wish they wouldn’t pull a Doctor Lawyer on us and make the easier character the antagonist. Either way, the Big Mouse character is such a huge question mark that that itself keeps the runtime going.

Apart from that, there are a lot of brutalities, but Chang-ho’s shift of character makes watching this a little less painful. I mean, sure, watching him get pushed around in prison isn’t fun, but hey, that last scene gave me goosebumps.

All in all, Big Mouse is going really well. We love to see a confident and deadly Lee Jong-suk on our screens, even if he’s just playing pretend to save himself from sure death.
