Becoming Witch Episode 6 opens with Ma-ri seeing Nak-gu going public about Ma-ri physically abusing him on television. After the video has gone viral, Ma-ri faces are starred down and looked on in public. Her mother gets a hold of her and rebukes her for her actions. In a tussle, Ma-ri is hit by the Bible where she reads: “An Eye For An Eye. A Tooth For A Tooth.” This motivates her to take files of all the credit card and hotel bills Nak-gu has spent on Go-eun to her lawyer. She also offers the memory card from Go-eun’s dashboard that has the recording that can prove Nak-gu was trying to kill Ma-ri.

On the other hand, Nak-gu cannot provide any more evidence against Ma-ri doing him any harm. However, his lawyer has a third-person recording from the accident scene that can save Nak-gu. He gives Ma-ri’s lawyer a call and tries to crack a deal with them.

Becoming Witch Episode 6 Ending and Final Thoughts

Woo-bin and Jin-a part ways which leave the latter emotional overwhelmed. She is picked up by Ma-ri and then the two head to pick up Hui-su. Hui-su leaves Mu-young with a note saying, “Thanks for last night.” The three head towards destroying Nak-gu and Go-eun’s wedding.

The recent episode of Becoming Witch is a closing chapter for all the turbulent marriages it seems. The scheming and plotting continue but, there is also a sense of closure. The show feels close to moving towards a more friend-centric place now and hopefully will focus on the friendship between our three protagonists rather than their individual lives.
