“My Dearest,” Namgoong Min, And Ahn Eun Jin Top Most Buzzworthy Drama And Actor Rankings

 

MBC’s “My Dearest” dominated this week’s rankings of the most buzzworthy dramas and actors!

For the first time since its premiere, “My Dearest” rose to No. 1 on Good Data Corporation’s weekly list of the TV dramas that generated the most buzz. The company determines each week’s rankings by collecting data from news articles, blog posts, online communities, videos, and social media about dramas that are either currently airing or set to air soon.

Not only did “My Dearest” top the list of most buzzworthy dramas, but its leads also swept the top two spots on the list of most buzzworthy drama cast members. Namgoong Min remained No. 1 for the second consecutive week, while his co-star Ahn Eun Jin rose to No. 2.

tvN’s “The Uncanny Counter 2: Counter Punch” took No. 2 on this week’s drama list, followed by JTBC’s “Behind Your Touch” at No. 3.

tvN’s “My Lovely Liar” held steady at No. 4 on the drama list, while its stars Hwang Minhyun and Kim So Hyun ranked No. 8 and No. 9 respectively on the actor list.

Finally, while the drama list only includes series airing on broadcast television, the newly integrated actor list includes cast members from OTT shows—and the stars of “Moving” and “Mask Girl” made strong showings on this week’s list, with both dramas claiming three spots each in the top 10.

From “Moving,” Han Hyo Joo ranked No. 3, followed by Jo In Sung at No. 4 and Go Yoon Jung at No. 6; from “Mask Girl,” Nana came in at No. 5, Go Hyun Jung at No. 7, and Lee Han Byeol at No. 10.
