“I Live Alone” Takes Top Viewership Ratings In Its Time Slot For Friday Night Variety Shows

Competition is tough for Friday night variety shows!

On November 16 at 11 p.m. KST, MBC’s “I Live Alone,” SBS’s “Village Survival, the Eight,” and KBS’s latest variety program “Road to Paris” aired simultaneously. Microdot appeared on the MBC show; Yoo Jae Suk, Jang Do Yeon, and BLACKPINK’s Jennie gathered for “Village Survival, the Eight”; and Jung Hyung Don, Lee Chae Young, and Kim Pung made their way towards Europe in the premiere of “Road to Paris.”
In the first battle between these three shows, “I Live Alone” took the win with 10.7 percent recorded in viewership ratings during the first half of the episode and 12.4 percent in the latter half. “Village Survival, the Eight” was able to score 3.1 percent in viewership ratings during the first half and 3.3 percent during the second half of the episode. “Road to Paris” achieved 1.1 percent in viewership ratings.
