Japanese actress Fujii Mina has been cast in the upcoming SBS drama “Doctor Detective”

Japanese actress Fujii Mina, who recently signed a contract with the Korean agency O.N. Worldwide, has been cast in the upcoming SBS drama “Doctor Detective”

The actress will be joining actors Lee Ki Woo, Park Jin Hee, and Bong Tae Gyu as the character Seok Jin Yi, a team leader at a center for unknown diseases called the UDC. Jin Yi is an incredibly intelligent character, already having completed a master’s and doctoral degree at a young age, and will play a pivotal role in the various cases that the drama characters are faced with.

“Doctor Detective” is a drama about exposing truths and will follow a doctor who seeks to uncover the source of illnesses in society.

The drama is slated to air in July this year.
