ATEEZ’s Hongjoong Joins The “Balmain Army” Of Ambassadors

After months of speculation, ATEEZ’s Hongjoong has finally been announced as the newest member of the “Balmain Army”!

On September 5 local time, French luxury fashion house Balmain posted several photos of Hongjoong from his recent photo shoot for Women’s Wear Daily.

Not only did the brand refer to the ATEEZ leader as “Balmain prince Hongjoong,” but it also inducted Hongjoong into its army of ambassadors by tagging the post “#BALMAINARMY.” (Balmain does not use the term “ambassador” for its brand ambassadors, opting instead to collectively refer to its muses and ambassadors as “The Balmain Army.”)

Back in March, Hongjoong attended Balmain’s presentation at Paris Fashion Week after being personally invited by creative director Olivier Rousteing. Since then, the idol has been frequently spotted wearing the brand, fueling speculation about a partnership between him and the French fashion house.
