SBS’s upcoming drama “Flex x Cop” has shared photos from its first script reading!

“Flex x Cop” is a drama that depicts the growth and romance of an immature third-generation chaebol who becomes a detective. The drama will be penned by scriptwriter Kim Ba Da of “My Name” and helmed by producing director Kim Jae Hong of “Steal Heart” and “My Love Eun Dong.”

Both director Kim Jae Hong and writer Kim Ba Da were present at the script reading, along with actors Ahn Bo Hyun, Park Ji Hyun, Kang Sang Jun, Kim Shin Bi, Jung Ga Hee, Jang Hyun Sung (taking on the role of Jin Myung Chul), Jeon Hye Jin (Jo Hee Ja), Kwon Hae Hyo (Lee Hyung Joon), Yoon Yoo Sun (Go Mi Sook), Kim Myung Soo (Choi Jung Hoon), and Kwak Si Yang (Jin Seung Joo).

Ahn Bo Hyun effortlessly tranformed into third-generation chaebol Jin Yi Soo, who catches criminals by mobilizing not only the enormous wealth and personal connections he has due to his family background, but also his intelligence and diverse physical skills.

Park Ji Hyun impressed with her perfect portrayal of the laid-back yet charismatic Lee Kang Hyun, the first female team leader in the homicide division and a veteran detective who graduated from a police academy. Lee Kang Hyun is a workaholic who has a strong sense of responsibility and takes pride in being a police officer. In addition to her passion, she has exceptional investigative and social skills, as well as a flexible mindset. However, her detective life faces a major turning point when she meets Jin Yi Soo, who unexpectedly becomes her investigative partner.

Kang Sang Jun and Kim Shin Bi, who play Park Joon Young and Choi Kyung Jin respectively, showed distinctive performances and excellent teamwork as members of the violent crimes unit, and Jung Ga Hee exuded a charming aura in the role of Yoon Ji Won, a forensic examiner at the National Institute of Scientific Investigation.
