Zhang Xin Cheng (English name: Steven) is a Chinese actor-singer born in Jingzhou, Hubei Province. He graduated from the Central Academy of Drama. He began learning vocal music, dance, piano, guitar, composition and acrobatics since he was a child. He officially entered showbiz in 2013 with his debut appearance in his first movie "School Bus". In 2016, he starred in his first TV drama "Shuttle Love Millennium".

In December 2017, Zhang won the 2018 iQiyi Screaming Night Drama Newcomer of the Year Award. On 4 May 2019, he was awarded the "New Youth Model Artist Award" at the "Praise The New Era" New Youth Model Artist Glory Ceremony. On 20 October 2020, he was awarded the Outstanding Actor (Green Group Actor) Award at the 7th China TV Good Actor Award Ceremony. In November 2020, he was placed on the 2020 Forbes China Under 30 Elite List. In February 2021, Zhang won the Weibo Enterprising Artist of the Year award.

In Aug, 2022, Xincheng launched his own studio.
