Ren Jia Lun (Born: Ren Guo Chao, English name: Allen) is a Chinese actor born in Qingdao, Shandong, China. He was a professional table tennis player, who trained alongside Zhou Yu and Zhang Ji Ke. However, he had to quit the sport due to injuries. Prior to beginning his acting career, Ren participated in Hunan TV's Super Boy and Korean Star. He was originally planned to debut in a Chinese-South Korean boy group but quit in 2014 due to unknown reasons.

Ren made his debut in the entertainment world in 2014 when he took on his first role in a television series, which eventually aired in 2017. Best known for his breakout role in the 2017 historical drama, “The Glory of Tang Dynasty”.

On March 6, 2017, Allen revealed via Weibo that he has been in a long-term relationship with his girlfriend of 5 years named Nie Huan, In 2016, they were rumored to have married. On February 2, 2018, his son was born.
